employees to register to become organ, eye and
tissue donors in Main Line Health's Donate Life
Andi Gilbert, Bryn Mawr Hospital president, along with several members
of the hospital’s senior leadership team, recently held a flag raising
ceremony next to Humphrey the Horse in the Warden Lobby to draw
attention to Main Line Health’s Donate Life Campaign.
After raising the flag, Ms. Gilbert addressed attendees about the
importance of becoming an organ donor—specifically how one person can
help to save many lives.
Bryn Mawr and the Main Line Health hospitals partnered with the Hospital
and HealthSystem Association of Pennsylvania (HAP) in the Donate Life
Hospital Campaign to raise awareness of the importance of organ
donation. The campaign, which ends August 31, encourages all hospital
employees to register to become organ, eye and tissue donors.
