Notice of change of ownership

Effective July 1, 2011 Main Line Health Laboratories, Inc. transferred substantially all of its assets and operations to Main Line Hospitals, Inc. The Main Line Hospitals, Inc. acute care facilities, Bryn Mawr Hospital, Lankenau Medical Center and Paoli Hospital, assumed all operations of Main Line Health Laboratories, Inc. as of that date, and Main Line Health Laboratories, Inc. ceased doing business. Effective July 1, 2011, Main Line Hospitals, Inc. will provide laboratory services directly to hospital patients, as well as to patients of nursing facilities, physician practices and other providers who refer patients for laboratory services.
