We offer:
Echocardiogram - A non-invasive way to examine the
heart with ultrasound and obtain information on heart function and heart
murmurs.
Stress Echo Cardiography (Exercise Stress Testing) -
A type of non-invasive cardiac stress test that visualizes the heart
after exercise. The test involves walking on a treadmill and have
ultrasound images of your heart are taken. This test diagnoses
coronary artery disease, different types of palpitations, blood
pressure, and your body's response to exercise.
Vascular Imaging - A way to look for blocked
arteries or plaque in your carotid arteries, which are the arteries that
supply blood to your brain, so blockages can put you at risk for
stroke. Vascular imaging can also be used to examine your aorta to
rule out an aneurysm, or enlargement of the large blood vessel in your
abdomen. The presence of an abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA)
is often "silent" and you may not have any symptoms.
