Meet the Fellows

Jameyshia Etchison, MPH, 2012- 2013

Jameyshia, from Chicago, IL recently completed her MPH in Community Health at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Upon graduating, she completed an administrative internship at Bryn Mawr Hospital. Jameyshia also has a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology from Loyola University of Chicago. Her career interests include quality and process improvement, strategic planning and operations.

Shruti Wadgaonkar, MBA, 2012-2013

Shruti Wadgaonkar, of New Orleans, LA recently completed her MBA in Healthcare Management at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She held an internship at Kaiser Permanente in Oakland, CA and prior to her MBA, Shruti worked as an HR consultant for hospitals systems. Her career interests include physician/ hospital alignment, process and quality improvement and strategic planning.

Jessica Lampley, MHA, 2011-2012

Jessica from Jacksonville Beach, FL received her Master of Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has completed administrative internships at Central Virginia Health Network and Bon Secours Health System in Richmond, Virginia.  Jessica graduated from Bucknell University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy.  Her interests include quality improvement, clinical operations, and marketing strategy and development.

Shane Flickinger, MHA, 2010-2011

Shane of Lancaster, PA, completed administrative residencies/internships at the following organizations: Pennsylvania Office of Rural Health, University Park, PA; Tyrone Hospital, Tyrone, PA; Virtua Health, Marlton, NJ; and Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, Hershey, PA.  Shane also has a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State.  His career interests include rural health, project management, process and quality improvement, and operations.
