The Administrative Fellowship Program at Main Line Health was initiated
in 2007 and has had a successful history. Fellows are selected from MBA,
MHA, MPH, MSN and other accredited master's degree graduate programs and
given the opportunity to be mentored by a number of health care
executives across the hospital system. Main Line Health maintains a
commitment to the Administrative Fellowship Program, in the education
and development of the future healthcare professionals.
To provide an educational experience in a complex community health
system in various facets of health care management. Fellowship
Objectives Include but are not limited to:
Providing a comprehensive view of healthcare administration
Developing and utilizing the Fellow’s leadership and management
Offering the Fellow hands on experience in healthcare
administration through active involvement in system program
development and day to day hospital operating activities.
Enabling the Fellow to explore various professional and
management opportunities within the healthcare industry

Coordination of the Administrative Fellowship application and
Research and feasibility analysis of new service lines
Participation in facility and space planning
Planning for strategic system initiatives
Attend and contribute to Senior Management meetings and System
Departmental rotations (clinical and administrative)
