The food service department at Paoli Hospital receives educational
training ensuring they are able to properly serve gluten-free foods
to both patients and guests. Patients admitted to Paoli
Hospital who need to follow a gluten-free diet will be
hand-delivered a gluten free menu that has been especially designed by
the executive chef and registered dietitian. To provide the best

Kimberton Whole Foods™.
