Riddle Hospital's patient relations director serves as a liaison between
you and the hospital administration. The Patient Relations Department
assists patients and families in seeking solutions to problems and
concerns. Our main goal is to make your association with Riddle Hospital
as pleasant as possible.
During your stay at the hospital, you may be visited by volunteer
patient representatives. If the patient representative cannot help in a
specific situation, your concerns will be relayed to the Patient
