Jan Keeling (Nashville, Tennessee) after more
than 20 years in the corporate publishing world,
she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.
Fatigue and difficulty walking led to her new
career as an artist working with oils
and graphite. When she is creating, she
said limitations seem to disappear and she
encourages her friends to do what they can to
create the best possible lives for themselves.
She feels a sense of purpose and pleasure in her
work, which has a common thread of
cpaturing form and expression in a face. Keeling
authored many books and illustrated them in
watercolor and pencil. Her artwork has won
