Business Development

Business Development at the Lankenau Institute for Medical Research focuses on three main functions.

• To promote the development and commercialization of LIMR discoveries through LIMR Development, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of LIMR.
• To indentify new early stage biotech companies to join the LIMR Biotech Incubator. These companies will be integrated into LIMR laboratories and office space, will share services, and oftentimes collaborate with our researchers.
• To partner with organizations in our community to increase awareness of LIMR and bring additional resources to our facility.

In addition, LIMR has established two core facilities, the LIMR Chemical Genomics Center (LCGC) and the Center for Human Antibody Technology (CHAT), both community resources initially funded through Keystone Innovation Grants.
