Ingredients
- 1/4 cup each of the following:
- bourbon
- orange juice
- low-sodium soy sauce,
- brown sugar
- chopped green onion
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except salmon, in a large zip-locked bag, mix together. Add salmon, seal and marinate for 1-1/2 hours in refrigerator. Turn bag occasionally. Remove salmon from bag, reserving marinade. Place salmon on grill, spray with cooking spray, and cook for 6 minutes on each side, basting with marinade.
