you for your interest in our Radiology Residency Program. The Radiology
Residency Program at the Bryn Mawr Hospital is one of the oldest in the
country, training residents since 1938. We currently have four residents
per year for total of 16 residents in the program.
The training program for radiology has been developed in accordance with
the guidelines of the Residency Review Committee (RRC). The program
received full accreditation for the maximum period of five years at the
last RRC review. Currently, we are in “self study” until 2017 when we
are scheduled for a site visit.
We are continuously making improvements of the program in conjunction
with the needs of the resident’s education. Recently we incorporated
trauma/ER radiology into our curriculum taking advantage of the Level 2
trauma center at the Paoli Hospital. We update the curriculum to
accommodate the new ABR core examination.
The excellence of our program is demonstrated by our graduates'
successful performance on the American Board of Radiology examinations.
Our graduates continue their training in competitive fellowship
