Jeffrey Bushong
Interim President Jeff is a director at SS&G Healthcare Services LLC, the healthcare consulting division of SS&G Financial Services, Inc. He has been with SS&G since 2007 and is primarily responsible for developing and servicing the firm's hospital division. Jeff has worked with independent and health system-owned physician networks in operational improvements, revenue cycle enhancement, physician practice development, and organizational strategic planning. He has more than 25 years of health care operations, strategy and finance experience in hospitals, health systems, physician practices, consulting, and practice management organizations. Jeff provides leadership and guidance in areas such as operational performance improvement, practice acquisitions, and strategic and business planning. Prior to joining SS&G, he spent over 20 years in hospital and health system leadership roles working directly with health care organizations, physicians, and their practices. In these roles he developed a track record of success in areas such as physician practice turnarounds, strategic business development, financial performance improvement, compensation model development and patient satisfaction. Additionally, Jeff has experience in payer contract negotiations, physician employment contract development, and reimbursement strategies. Jeff earned a Master of Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Toledo. He is a member of the American College of Health Care Executives. |

Michelle Delp Michelle has been involved in physician practice management for over 15 years, and started with Main Line HealthCare in 1995. During this time she has managed a broad mix of practice specialties. In her role, she is involved in the development of strategic initiatives for the MLHC practices, and she also has oversight of many MLHC departments. Michelle holds an MBA with an emphasis in Healthcare Management from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She received her BS in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University. She completed administrative internships at the Geisinger Medical Center and at Buffalo General Hospital. |

Matthew Ahern
Practice Administrator Matthew has worked in healthcare in varying capacities for over 9 years. He has managed both specialty and primary care practices gaining experience in operations, finance, and project management. Matthew earned a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Utah. He also completed an Administrative Fellowship with Nemours Children's Clinic at the Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, DE. |

Kimberly Albaugh Kimberly concentrates her expertise on the development and maintenance of physician compensation and employment contracts. Her background also includes preparation of detailed financial statements and associated variance analysis, bi-weekly payroll and trust services. Kimberly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Widener University and has over 18 years experience in healthcare finance. |

Sue Breen Sue holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and is responsible for the administration of the operating, capital, and FTE budgets. She brings over 22 years of experience in healthcare finance. |

Phil DeAngelis Phil has worked for physician networks, hospitals, and health insurance carriers for the past 18 years. He has directed and managed the Central Business Office (CBO) operations for multiple physician networks in numerous specialities. In his present position, Phil is responsible for the administrative, operational, and financial oversight of Reimbursement Services for the Main Line HealthCare network. He has consulted with physician groups, health systems, and industry observers on revenue cycle improvement strategies and technologies. |

Pamela DelBuono Pam came to Main Line HealthCare from Graduate Hospital where she spent 23 years working in clinical and practice management. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Drexel University, and a Certificate in Executive Management from Notre Dame University. She is also a Registered Cardiopulmonary Technologist, and prior to her experience at Graduate, worked for 10 years as a Pulmonary Technologist at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and Presbyterian Hospital. |

Maria Flannery Maria joined our team in 1999 and has over 30 years of experience in operations management. Her expertise includes process improvements, increases in productivity, new product development, with a special interest in quality and consumer satisfaction. Maria holds her Bachelor's and Master's Degrees. Prior to working in healthcare, Maria was a Director of Operations for a Fortune 50 manufacturing company.

Barbara Garrison Barbara has been in physician network management since 1985 as both a manager and a consultant. She is responsible for the management of several practices, as well as training and educational initiatives, including new employee orientation, staff development, and communication of policies and procedures, compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards, and safety and risk issues. Prior to joining Main Line HealthCare, Barbara worked with the Fornance physician group at Montgomery Hospital and as a consultant for a local medical consulting firm. She holds a BS degree in Business Education. |

Kaushal Gundavda Kaushal has over 16 years of medical practice management experience ranging from small, single specialty practices to large multi-specialty groups and networks in both Practice Administrator and Chief Operating Officer roles. He holds a BS in Business Administration from University of Florida, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Master of Health Administration (MHA), both from Georgia State University. Additionally, Kaushal completed an Administrative Residency at Denver General Hospital. Kaushal also holds certifications in billing and coding. His areas of expertise are in motivational management of medical staff, strategic planning for medical practices, process analysis, and operations management. |

Kleppinger Nancy joined our team in 1996 and is responsible for the NextGen application support, training, implementations, support to practice operations, and various other training initiatives throughout the organization. Prior to joining Main Line HealthCare, Nancy worked for a national practice management company for 17 years. |

Donald J. Klingen, Jr., MD Medical Director - EMR Implementation & Utilization 484-565-1644| klingend@mlhs.org
Prior to his work at Main Line HealthCare, Dr. Klingen was the Medical Director of Information Services for Crozer-Keystone Health System, and was the clinical lead for their successful ambulatory EMR program, community EMR program, and Patient Portal. Dr. Klingen also helped develop a physician reporting dashboard to support population management and network level quality initiatives. Board certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Klingen earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College, and completed his Family Medicine Residency at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News, VA. He completed a Clinical Informatics fellowship at the Medical College of Virginia / Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, and has pursued further graduate studies in the field of Medical Informatics. |

Melissa has been involved in physician practice management for over 14 years. She has both hospital and industry-related experience in the area of cardiovascular services. Melissa holds an MBA from Saint Joseph's University. She earned a BS in Health Management and an AS in Cardiovascular Science from Gwynedd-Mercy College. Prior to joining Main Line HealthCare, Melissa held CEO and COO roles in large, private practice cardiovascular and orthopaedic groups. . |

Diane has been with Main Line HealthCare for over 15 years and developed the purchasing program currently in place for the Corporate Office as well as the physician practices. She has a Bachelor of Arts from Temple University, is certified in her field, and has 19 years of purchasing experience. Prior to joining Main Line HealthCare, Diane was a medical-surgical buyer for Main Line Health, and worked for 4 years as a buyer for Saint Mary's Hospital in Langhorne, PA. |

Eric M. Mendez, PHR Eric has been with Main Line HealthCare for over 10 years and oversees the Human Resources function within the organization. Eric has over 15 years of experience in the areas of employee relations, recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, as well as particular expertise in employment law. He provides Human Resources consultative direction to physician practices and various entities throughout the Main Line Health System. Eric is a Certified Professional in Human Resources, and holds a BA Degree in Industrial Psychology from Penn State University. |

Teenice Nebblets Prior to joining Main Line HealthCare in 2011, Teenice served as an Administrative Fellow with Main Line Health System and ARAMARK Healthcare. She holds a Masters in Health Administration and a B.S. in Health Policy and Administration from the Pennsylvania State University. She completed administrative residencies at Atlantis Health Plan (New York, NY), and at Nassau University Medical Center (Long Island, NY). Teenice is also an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the National Association of Health Services Executives. |

Michelle Snyder Michelle has been involved in the healthcare industry since 1987. She is responsible for the credentialing and re-credentialing process of all providers of care, and supervises marketing projects including market research, market development, advertising, and public relations. |

Christine Tarlecki Christine is responsible for resolving payer reimbursement and underpayment issues. She assists the Director in the operational, financial, and administrative functions of Reimbursement Services. Prior to joining Main Line HealthCare, Christine managed Central Billing Office (CBO) operations in several different health care settings including a national renal dialysis provider, a major laboratory service provider, a large primary care and multi-specialty physician health system. Christine has worked in healthcare reimbursement for over 24 years. |
