Main Line Health's Medical Student Clerkship program allows medical students from accredited medical schools the opportunity to gain real-world medical knowledge through direct patient care experiences. Clerkships are designed to provide advanced junior and senior medical students with deeper insights into and experiences with a number of medical subspecialties.
The program provides a wide variety of individual clerkships of various lengths, each under the guidance and direction of a faculty member/staff physician from Lankenau or Bryn Mawr Hospital.
The hands-on experiences and rewards our clerks receive are many and diverse. As a member of the Main Line Health team, you will:
- See a wide variety of patients
- Work with outstanding physicians
- Observe and take part in conferences
- Learn clinical decision-making skills from a leader in academic and clinical medicine and medical research
