Rotations

Fellows in the Lankenau Medical Center Hematology/Medical Oncology Fellowship Program will serve in a number of rotations during the three-year program. These rotations are designed to expose the fellow to a wide range of work in the Hematology/Oncology specialty, as well as offering them work in a variety of settings.

Rotations by training year are listed below.

Year One:

• Inpatient Hematology/Oncology Service, Lankenau Medical Center
• Outpatient Office, Lankenau Cancer Center
• Radiation Oncology, Lankenau Medical Center
• Laboratory Medicine and Radiology, Lankenau Medical Center
• Subspecialty Continuity Clinic, Lankenau Medical Center

Year Two:

• Inpatient Hematology/Oncology Service, Lankenau Medical Center
• Outpatient Office, Lankenau Cancer Center
• Surgical Oncology, Lankenau Medical Center
• Bone Marrow Transplant, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital
• The Hemophilia Center, Cardeza Foundation, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital
• Research (two months)
• Subspecialty Continuity Clinic, Lankenau Medical Center

Year Three:

• Inpatient Hematology/Oncology Service, Lankenau Medical Center
• Outpatient Office, Lankenau Cancer Center
• Research (nine months)
• Subspecialty Continuity Clinic, Lankenau Medical Center
