“Medicine is so dynamic…something changes every day. The medical staff at Lankenau is very well informed about the latest treatment guidelines. This is important not only for optimal patient care, but also for training purposes. I know that I am being taught the most up-to-date practices.
I’ve experienced great personal growth at Lankenau. It’s very satisfying to walk into a situation where, early on in my residency, I would have been hesitant, but now I feel confident and can hold my own. I credit that to the approachability and availability of the attendings…they truly have a desire to teach you.
I come to the hospital excited every day. You know it’s going to be busy and stressful at times, but it helps to be surrounded by people who share your passion for what we’re doing.”
