Administrative Physician

Responsible for providing clinical leadership, training, and expertise throughout the development and implementation of the ambulatory Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system at MLHC practices.  Collaborates with MLHC administration, EMR Executive Steering Committee, MLHC physicians, clinical staff, vendor resources, and IS professionals in the design and implementation of the ambulatory EMR system.  Build physician support for use of the EMR system.  Position will work with various stakeholders to facilitate industry-accepted best practices and to optimize clinical workflows with the EMR system.  Position will have decision-making accountability in EMR system design and workflows.   

 

Education:

 

1.      Graduate of Accredited medical school with degree of Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO).

2.      Completion of Accredited Residency Program.

3.      Unrestricted license to practice within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
