Analysis of Patient Outcomes (Standard
2.11): This commendation was received for the publication
of the Bryn Mawr Hospital Annual Cancer Report.
AJCC Staging (Standard 4.3): AJCC staging
is a system developed by the American Joint Committee on
Cancer for describing the extent of cancer in a patient's body.
Our staging was 100 percent accurate from surveyor review.
CAP Protocols (Standard 4.6):
90 percent of our cancer pathology reports included
the scientifically validated data elements as outlined in the
College of American Pathologists (CAP) cancer protocols.
Clinical Trial Accrual (Standard 5.2): The Bryn
Mawr Hospital program accrued over the
six-percent commendation level for clinical trials each

There were three or more prevention and/or early detection
