Women's Health Specialities

Gynecology

Our Gynecologists provide expert care in a wide range of services for women throughout their lifespan. Begining with adolescence, they provide complete reproductive care through post menopause. This includes:

• Contraceptive care
• Eymptomatic and preventive care associated with perimenopause/ menopause
• Endoscopic techniques including diagnostic and operative laparoscopy and laser, LEEP, abdominal and vaginal pelvic surgery.

Gynecologic Oncology

Our Gynecologic Oncologists offer comprehensive care to patients with cancers and pre-malignant lesions of the reproductive organs. Services include:

• Full range of diagnostic studies
• Cancer screening and genetic counseling of high-risk families
• Chemotherapy and radiation therapy.

Advanced surgical procedures include laparoscopic techniques and continent urinary diversion.

Maternal/Fetal Medicine

These physician specialists provide consultation services, genetic counseling, ultrasound, and complete prenatal care for the high-risk pregnant woman.

Obstetrics/Gynecology

In addition to the services offered by our Gynecologists, our Obstetricians offer complete, family-centered care for women with normal and high-risk pregnancies. They perform monitoring and testing during pregnancy and delivery of the newborn and care for the mother throughout the postpartum period.

Reproductive Endocrinology

Reproductive Enodcrinologists specialize in the diagnosis of infertility as well as its treatment by IVF, GIFT, insemination, surgery (laser, microscopic, hysteroscopic). They also treat:

• Endometriosis
• Early pregnancy loss
• Hirsutism
• Disorders of growth and development.

Consultation and ultrasound evaluation are offered to help in the treatment of complex gynecologic problems such as irregular bleeding, pelvic pain, menopausal, and perimenopausal complaints and management of estrogen replacement.
