Lankenau Medical Center's Comprehensive Breast Center offers advanced screening and diagnostic services, consultative care by experienced clinicians and, if the need arises, cancer treatment in a supportive and caring environment. Patients are carefully guided through all of these services by an experienced nurse navigator, creating an ideal breast care experience.

Making an Accurate Diagnosis

Early detection of breast cancer can dramatically improve survival. Housed within the Comprehensive Breast Center at Lankenau Medical Center is a 7,000-square-foot imaging suite that helps the breast care team detect breast cancer and reach an accurate and timely diagnosis. Lankenau Medical Center's Breast Cancer Risk Assessment and Genetics Program accurately evaluates your risk factors for breast cancer in an effort to determine your lifetime breast cancer risk. You will gain an understanding about what it means to be at average, moderate or high risk for developing breast cancer.
