The Travel Health Center at Lankenau Medical Center is a travel medicine service run by Delaware Valley Infectious Diseases Associates, P.C. that helps you safely prepare for international travel. Every traveler is evaluated by a board-certfied Infectious Diseases physician.
Based upon your itinerary and medical history, we will outline the immunizations, medications and other measures appropriate for your destination. The Center is linked to several databases from which our doctors can access the most current recommendations for safe travel, including prevention of yellow fever, malaria, hepatitis, meningitis and other diseases. You will receive your vaccinations right in the office and leave for your trip knowing that you have taken steps to ensure a healthy return.
For optimal protection, visit our Travel Center at least 4 weeks prior to departure.
