Riddle’s Occupational Health Center was created for the purpose of assisting area employers with medical care for their employees. While every employer has different goals, types of employees and financial considerations, they all share a common objective - providing quality health care for employees through a streamlined and cost effective process.
To help employers achieve this objective, Riddle offers a full array of services that can be tailored to meet very specific needs, including:
- Pre-employment, periodic, and DOT physicals
- Workers’ compensation evaluations
- Substance abuse testing (DOT and non-DOT)
- Includes both DOT and non-DOT drug screening and collections
- Trained collectors under 49 CFR Part 40
- Evidential breath testing for alcohol
- Serum alcohol available for non-DOT
- Laboratories certified by HHS under the National Laboratory Certification Program (NLCP)
- assistance in choosing the most appropriate screening
- vaccinations and post vaccine titers
- assistance with vaccination compliance (such as Hepatitis B and the required follow up titers)
- Audiometry testing

The Occupational Health Center utilizes specially trained physician assistants and certified medical assistants. The Center is operated under the medical direction of an internal medicine physician with extensive experience in occupational health.
The Center offers comprehensive evaluation and treatment of work related injuries. By assisting the tracking of the workers' compensation care of employees from their acute injury phase and through their rehabilitation, the Center helps provide employers with a cost effective quality care program. In addition, as part of injury management, Functional Capacity Evaluations are available through The Riddle Rehabilitation Institute.
Riddle offers a variety of physical examinations and will tailor a package to meet your particular needs.

- Back screening testing tailored to job descriptions
