The Trustees of the Paoli Hospital Foundation work closely with
Foundation staff to build and maintain the culture of private
philanthropy that is so essential to our mission. Their efforts help
ensure that Paoli Hospital has the resources it needs to fulfill its
commitment to offering personalized, leading-edge care.

Jim Paradis
President, Paoli Hospital

Foundation
Jim Paradis provides leadership for the
Paoli Hospital's mission, values and
goals, and represents Paoli Hospital
within the Main Line Health System and
community. He is responsible for
formulating capital and operating
budgets, insuring efficient, effective,
and quality operations for the hospital
and related functions.
Jim has more than 25 years of healthcare
experience and a career highlighted by
successive executive leadership roles in
both the for-profit and non-profit
sectors, including ten years at Main
Line Health where he has also served as
Vice President of Operations at Bryn
Mawr Hospital, Vice President of
Administration at Riddle Hospital and
then Vice President of Administration at
Paoli.

Wayne R. Huey, Jr.
Chair, Paoli Hospital Foundation Board
of Trustees
Wayne R. Huey, Jr. worked for
30 years in the banking industry most
recently at Millennium Bank (now
Harleysville National Bank) as vice
chairman and managing director. After
his time in that industry, Wayne became
Executive Vice President of Montgomery
Chemicals where he became invested with
the company, increasing shipments,
formalizing human resources procedures
and updating contracts. He obtained his
undergraduate degree from Penn State
University with a Bachelor of Science
degree in Industrial Engineering and
earned his Master of Business
Administration degree from the
University of Pittsburgh. Wayne has led
various fundraising efforts serving as
Chair of the United Way of Lehigh Valley
and serves in leadership positions in
numerous community and economic
development organizations. He resides in
Malvern with his wife Judy.

Patricia B. Holloway
Vice-Chair, Paoli Hospital
Foundation Board of Trustees
Patricia Holloway earned her
undergraduate degree in Education from
Villanova University in 1976 and a
Master of Science degree in Counseling
and Human Relations from Villanova in
1984. After graduation, Patricia
continued her work in the field of
Counseling at Villanova University and
Bryn Mawr College for Women. She
has chaired many successful fundraising
events to benefit breastcancer.org, St.
Edmunds Home, St. Mary Magdalen School,
Malvern Prep and After School All
Stars. She is a benefactor of The
Archdiocese of Philadelphia, Malvern
Preparatory School, NOPE (Narcotics
Overdose Prevention Education), Paoli
Hospital, Villa Maria Academy, Villanova
University, and St. Mary Magdalen Church
and School. Patricia also serves
as a Trustee of the Main Line Health
Board of Governors. She has
five children, six grandchildren and
resides in Malvern with her husband
Gary.

Kenneth E. Kirby
Senior Vice President for Development,
Main Line Health
Ken Kirby has been Senior Vice
President for Development at Main Line
Health since November 2004. Throughout
his 30-year career, Ken has held a
number of development and management
leadership positions. During a decade
spent with the Franklin Institute in
Philadelphia, he completed a $62 million
capital campaign and generated more than
$50 million in annual philanthropic and
sponsorship support. Before joining the
Franklin Institute, Ken served as a
Senior Consultant for Right Management
Consulting and also held the position of
Vice President for External Affairs at
The Academy of Natural Sciences,
handling all corporate fundraising,
sponsorship, marketing, public
relations, and publication activities.

Christine De Bonis
Executive Director, Development
Christine De Bonis has been
Executive Director of Development since
2003. Before joining the Paoli Hospital
Foundation, she spent more than a decade
working on major capital and endowment
campaigns for healthcare and research
institutions in Toronto, Canada.
Christine has held positions with the
Princess Margaret Hospital/Ontario
Cancer Institute, Mount Sinai
Hospital/Samuel Lunenfeld Research
Institute, and Ryerson Polytechnic
Institute.
