Here at Paoli Hospital, you will find a unique balance of advanced medical technology and an extraordinary commitment to patient satisfaction and quality care that has led Paoli Hospital to be named among Thomson Reuters' prestigious list of 100 Top Hospitals. In fact, Paoli was the only hospital in Chester County and one of 20 in the nation, among 1,000 hospitals in the medium-size hospital category, to achieve this honor and was one of only six hospitals in the country to earn the Premier(R) Award for Quality. This commitment to providing outstanding and advanced care is what inspired Paoli to become the county's only trauma center in 2010.

Paoli, Bryn Mawr and Lankenau Medical Centers received Magnet™ designation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) for its excellence in nursing care. Of some 6,000 hospitals in the country, only 169 have been granted Magnet status. The three Main Line Health hospitals bring to eight the number of hospitals in Pennsylvania honored by the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program. Main Line Health is the only multiple hospital system in Pennsylvania to achieve Magnet designation. Main Line Health has always prided itself in the quality of its nursing practice, and being awarded Magnet status validates what our patients already know: Every day, we deliver excellence in nursing care.

Paoli Hospital was recently recognized as one of the top ten "Best Places to Work" in the Delaware Valley by the Philadelphia Business Journal and one of the top 50 "Best Places" to work in Pennsylvania for large companies by the Central Penn Business Journal. More than 600 of the area's finest primary care physicians and specialists are affiliated with our hospital.
