Hematology and Medical Oncology

The hematologists and medical oncologists at Paoli Hospital evaluate and treat patients with all forms of cancer. Through a referral from your personal physician, our hematologists and medical oncologists work closely with a wide variety of medical, radiation and surgical specialists in a multidisciplinary team approach to your cancer diagnosis. Test results, diagnoses and surgical outcomes are routinely reported to your referring physician. Evaluations and treatment, including cancer chemotherapy and radiation, are carried out in well-equipped, comprehensive facilities by compassionate staff. Supportive care provided includes blood transfusions, pain management and close collaboration with social services, home care and hospice organizations.
