Our Mission

The mission of Main Line Health is to provide a comprehensive range of safe, high-quality health services, complemented by related educational and research activities, that meet healthcare needs and improve the quality of life in the communities we serve.

If we are not able to resolve your concerns about the quality of care or services provided to your satisfaction, you may contact the Hospital Quality department to initiate a formal review. The hospital operator can connect you.

The Department of Health regulations and the Joint Commission standards deal with organization quality, and safety-of-care issues and the safety of the environment in which your care is provided.
