Joel A. Port, FACHE is Vice President of Planning and Business
Development for Main Line Health. In this position, Mr. Port is
responsible for all strategic and business planning activities for Main
Line Health (MLH) hospitals and its subsidiaries.
Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Port held the position of Vice
President, Physician Network Development for MLH directing the
acquisition and divestiture of physician practices, managing physician
network development, and negotiating physician employment and management
contracts.
Mr. Port is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare
Executives. He attained his Masters Degree in Health Services
Administration from The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, earned his
B.A. degree in 1979 from Clark University in Biology and Geography; and
received his CPA in 1987.
