In order to ensure that we meet the demands of all of our customers, we’ve created a Therapy Resource Team.  These full time positions offer the full MLH generous benefit package as well as additional compensation for the flexibility and responsiveness required for this unique position. 

When there are vacancies, leaves, vacations or census increases, most companies bring in contractors.  Rather than bring in contractors, we’ve created our own full time staff therapist positions to travel within our system to wherever the need arises.  This has helped to provide the best continuity of care for our patients and a great learning opportunity for our therapists. 

Each Resource therapist will be trained and oriented in the different locations and settings prior to working there.  You will be given resources to guide you and help you succeed. 

The resource therapists are assigned to provide coverage at the following local Main Line Health (MLH) locations:

• Lankenau Medical Center in Wynnewood

• Bryn Mawr Hospital in Bryn Mawr

• Paoli Memorial Hospital in Paoli

• Riddle Memorial Hospital in Media

• Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital in Malvern

• Outpatient Health Centers located in various locations

• Retirement Communities located in Bryn Mawr and Audubon
