Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital offers the region’s first and only
comprehensive Orthopedic Day Program for single joint rehabilitation.
This unique program provides intensive therapy seven days a week for
post-surgical orthopedic patients and facilitates faster recovery
because it allows patients to recuperate in the comfort of their own
home each evening.
The Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital Orthopedic Day Program is offered 7
days a week, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and includes weekend admissions.

The Orthopedic Day Program provides individualized therapy and
nursing services from our rehabilitation and medical
professionals, including physical and occupational therapists,
nurses, case managers, and physiatrists, if necessary.

Case management services are provided to patients in the
program. Our Case managers monitor ongoing progress, pain
management, medication management, and incision care.

Daily support group activities are offered and enable patients
to act as a resource for each other and to share experiences.
