Health-e Neighbors -- in conjunction with the Cancer Centers at Bryn Mawr, Lankenau and Paoli Hospitals -- offers a wide selection of classes, programs and special events to help you become aware of and minmize your risk of developing cancer, including cancer screenings, information sessions, and lifestyle management programs. SmokeFree Classes
SmokeFree is a self-management program that addresses the physical and psychological addiction to smoking. SmokeFree is a state-approved smoking cessation program that has been in existence since the mid 1980s. The SmokeFree program consists of six two-hour classes. More Info!

N.O.T. (Not on Tobacco) - Teen Smoking Cessation
N.O.T. is designed to provide a total health approach to helping adolescents quit smoking, reduce the number of cigarettes, increase healthy lifestyle behaviors, enhance their self-control and improve life management skills. More Info!

Healthy Women 40+
Free clinical breast exams, screeening mammography and cervical cancer screenings are offered to eligible women in the community at Lankenau and Bryn Mawr Hospital. For next screening and qualification information call 610-278-5117 (Ext.6780)

Cancer Support Groups and Services
There are a number of oncology support groups and services offered to the community. Among them is a free wig fitting program, breast prosthesis fitting, nutrition counseling and education. Many of these programs are co-sponsored with the American Cancer Society. More Info!
