Winning companies were evaluated on workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics - along with feedback from randomly selected MLH employees who completed an online survey. Best Companies Group managed the nomination and evaluation process with assistance from ModernThink LLC, which analyzed the data and determined the final rankings.
