Bruce G. Silver, MD, President
Dr. Silver has been a respected physician of Main Line Health for over 30 years, and was one of the first physicians to join
Main Line HealthCare (MLHC) in 1996 under the Great Valley Health name. He became President of MLHC in April 2006. Under
his leadership, Main Line HealthCare is refining a strategic direction that will focus on ensuring patient safety, improving
quality, improving physician and patient satisfaction, and achieving optimal operational and financial performance. Dr. Silver
will also lead in the area of physician recruitment, the creation of clinical performance standards, and the enhancement of
MLHC's practice management services.

Michelle Delp, Director of Practice Management & Operations
Michelle has been involved in physician practice management for over 12 years. During this time she has managed a mix of
practice specialties that include Cardiology, oB/GYN, Maternal/Fetal Medicine, Colorectal Surgery, and Primary Care. Michelle
holds an MBA with an emphasis in Healthcare Management from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She received her
BS degree in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University. She completed administrative internships at the
Geisinger Medical Center and at Buffalo General Hospital.

Kimberly Albaugh, Manager, Physician Contracts & Compensation
Kimberly concentrates her expertise on the development and maintenance of physician compensation and employment contracts.
Her background also includes preparation of detailed financial statements and associated variance analysis, bi-weekly payroll
and trust services. Kimberly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Widener University and has over 15 years experience
in healthcare finance.

Sue Breen, Budget Manager
Sue holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and is responsible for the administration of the operating, capital, and FTE budgets.
She brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare finance.

Phil DeAngelis, Director, Reimbursement Services
Phil has worked for physician networks, hospitals, and health insurance carriers for the past 15 years. He has directed and
managed the Central Business Office (CBO) operations for multiple physician networks in numerous specialities. In his present
position, Phil is responsible for the administrative, operational, and financial oversight of Reimbursement Services for the
Main Line HealthCare network. He has consulted with physician groups, health systems, and industry observers on revenue cycle
improvement strategies and technologies.

Pamela DelBuono, Practice Administrator
Pam is Main Line HealthCare's newest practice administrator. She comes to Main Line HealthCare from Graduate Hospital where
she spent 23 years working in clinical and practice management. Pam holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from Drexel
University, and a Certificate in Executive Management from Notre Dame University. She is also a Registered Cardiopulmonary
Technologist, and prior to her experience at Graduate, worked for 10 years as a Pulmonary Technologist at Thomas Jefferson
University Hospital and Presbyterian Hospital.

Maria Flannery, Practice Administrator
Maria has over 29 years of experience in operations management. She has managed Occupational, Employee, and Travel Health
businesses for the last 13 years, and presented nationally on the topic of Travel Health. Prior to working in healthcare,
Maria was a Director of Operations for a Fortune 50 manufacturing company. Her expertise includes process improvements, increases
in productivity, new product development, and a special interest in training, quality, and consumer satisfaction. Maria obtained
her Bachelor's degree in Biology from Bloomsburg University, and a Master's of Science with an emphasis in human resources
management from the University of Scranton.

Barbara Garrison, Practice Administrator, Education & Training Manager
Barbara has been in physician network management since 1985 as both a manager and a consultant. She is responsible for the
management of several practices, as well as training and educational initiatives, including new employee orientation, staff
development, and communication of policies and procedures, compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards, and safety and risk issues.
Prior to joining Main Line HealthCare, Barbara worked with the Fornance physician group at Montgomery Hospital and as a consultant
for a local medical consulting firm. She holds a BS degree in Business Education.

Nancy J. Kleppinger, Manager of IDX, System Techology & Support (TESS)
Nancy joined our team 11 years ago and is responsible for the IDX application support, training, implementations, support
to practice operations, and various other training initiatives throughout the organization. Prior to joining Main Line HealthCare,
Nancy worked for a national practice management company for 17 years.

Diane McIntyre, CPM, Purchasing Manager
Diane has been with Main Line HealthCare for 12 years and developed the purchasing program currently in place for the Corporate
Office as well as the physician practices. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Temple University, is certified in her
field, and has 16 years of purchasing experience. Prior to joining Main Line HealthCare, Diane was a medical-surgical buyer
for Main Line Health, and worked for 4 years as a buyer for Saint Mary's Hospital in Langhorne, PA.

Eric M. Mendez, PHR, Senior Consultant, Human Resources
Eric has been with Main Line HealthCare for 7 years and oversees the Human Resources function within the organization. Eric
has over 10 years of experience in the areas of employee relations, recruitment, compensation and benefits administration,
as well as particular expertise in employment law. He provides Human Resources consultative direction to physician practices
and various entities throughout the Main Line Health System. Eric is a Certified Professional in Human Resources, and holds
a BA Degree in Industrial Psychology from Penn State University.

Dornah Meneses, Director of Compliance
Dornah has worked in the healthcare field for 20 years, and for Main Line HealthCare since 1995. She is responsible for reviewing
and evaluating compliance concerns within the organization, and ensuring that the Compliance Program effectively prevents
and/or detects violations of the law, regulations, MLHC Policies & Procedures, or MLHC's Code of Conduct. She holds the professional
designations of Certified Professional Coder (CPC), and Certified Compliance Professional (CCP).

Rose Prendergast, Practice Administrator
Rose has a remarkable 30-year professional career in the healthcare industry. Her wide range of experience in practice management
over the past 18 years includes the specialties of Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Orthopaedics, Sports Medicine, and
Hospital-based Physician programs. Prior to joining Main Line HealthCare 12 years ago, Rose worked as a Regional Manager
for the Allegheny Health System as an administrator for the Medical College of Pennsylvania.

Pia Sanders, Practice Administrator
Pia has a broad range of experience in practice management. She oversees practices with specialties to include Family Medicine,
Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, and Geriatrics. Prior to coming to Main Line HealthCare in 2005, Pia was a hospital
administrator and assistant director of operations for a large physician management organization. Her experience also includes
practice management, consulting, and administrator for a multiple physician specialty group.

Gretchen Saulino-Miller, Director of Finance/Controller
Gretchen directs the preparation and reporting of finances. She has achieved her fiscal proficiency through 15 years of economic
and operational experience, including 10 years in healthcare finance. Gretchen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from
Villanova University.

Michelle Snyder, Credentialing & Marketing Manager
Michelle has been involved in the healthcare industry since 1987. She is responsible for the credentialing and re-credentialing
process of all providers of care, and supervises marketing projects including market research, market development, advertising,
and public relations.

Christine Tarlecki, Assistant Director of Reimbursement Services
Christine is responsible for resolving payer reimbursement and underpayment issues. She assists the Director in the operational,
financial, and administrative functions of Reimbursement Services. Prior to joining Main Line HealthCare, Christine managed
Central Billing Office (CBO) operations in several different health care settings including a national renal dialysis provider,
a major laboratory service provider, a large primary care and multi-specialty physician health system. Christine has worked
in healthcare reimbursement for over 20 years.

Pamela Tedesco, D.O., EMR Physician Liaison
Dr. Tedesco has been with Main Line Healthcare for 5 years as a family physician at Goshen Family Practice in West Chester. She earned her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic medicine as well as a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Science. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree from Muhlenberg College. Dr. Tedesco has a strong interest in healthcare information technology. She will assist in the implementation of the electronic medical record system for Main Line Health Care. She will be directly involved in the development of EMR system design and lead practice changes in the rollout of the EMR into all MLHC practices.

Lee Yeager, Practice Administrator
Lee is the Practice Administrator for Occupational and Travel Health. She has 20 years of operations management experience
and managed the system ambulance division for 12 years. Lee has significant experience in developing utilization effectiveness,
financial efficiency, and employee and customer-centered service excellence. Lee attended Cabrini College and is certified
in Respiratory Therapy from California College of Health Sciences.
