If you have recently received a billing statement from your Main Line Health hospital, you have already been assigned authentication information to interact online with customer service. Please have your billing
statement and major credit card handy and follow the instructions below to log in.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Instructions:

Click on the "Go to Customer Service Online" button below and a pop-up window will appear asking for information it needs
to verify your identity. This is to prevent unauthorized access to your personal information.

The first item it will ask for is the "WID Number." This number can be found in the upper left corner of your statement above
your name and will usually start with an "H." (See "SAMPLE" below). In the second box it asks for your last name. Once both
fields are completed, click the "LOGON" button to continue.

The second pop-up window asks for some final authentication information. Follow the instructions to enter the appropriate
data. Click the "LOGON" button when finished.

You will then be presented with your electronic statement. You may use the links at the top of the page to find out about
payment options, changing insurance information, e-mailing customer service, and other important information.

Go to Customer Service Online Click here to view your account and pay your bill. A pop-up window will appear asking for information needed to verify your
identity. This is to prevent unauthorized access to your personal information. Go Now!
