When it comes to the health of your children, finding the best care possible close to home is essential.

Pediatric care at Main Line Health

Main Line Health is excited about its pediatric affiliation with Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). Patients and families now have access to the expertise of CHOP doctors and advanced practice providers in the neonatal intensive care units (NICU) at Main Line Health’s four acute care hospitals, as well as Bryn Mawr Hospital’s inpatient pediatric unit and emergency department.

This collaboration is another example of Main Line Health’s commitment to providing convenient, compassionate care close to home.

CHOP pediatric services available at Main Line Health include:

  • Access to experienced pediatric providers at Bryn Mawr Hospital’s Pediatric Emergency Department.

  • Care provided by CHOP attending-level pediatricians if your child needs hospitalization at Bryn Mawr Hospital’s Pediatric Unit.

  • Telephone consultation with CHOP specialists, if needed.

  • Pediatric testing and imaging.

  • Coordination of high-risk prenatal care between Main Line Health maternal and fetal medicine specialists and CHOP specialists.

  • Emergency transport when advanced pediatric hospital services are needed.

  • Pediatric specialty care services on the Bryn Mawr Hospital campus including the fetal heart program.
