JeffPlus Provider Network

JeffPlus is a network of Providers who have contracted to provide healthcare services to employees (and qualified dependents) of Jefferson Health System and its member institutions.  When you use a JeffPlus facility of physician, you copay for services is lower than if you receive care at a non JeffPlus provider.

Not all JeffPlus physicians participate in each HMO and PPO option offered though PerfectFit.  To receive the JeffPlus level of benefits, the physician must participate in both JeffPlus and the HMO or PPO option in which you enroll. 

While the JeffPlus Network is extensive, it will not cover all the medical services currently available.  If a service is not available through a JeffPlus provider, it will not under any circumstances be reimbursed at the JeffPlus level of coverage.
