Laughter is the best medicine during this special comedy edition of BMFI’s ongoing “What’s Up, Doc?” film series, shown in partnership with Bryn Mawr Hospital. Introduced by physicians who will give insight into the conditions or maladies depicted in the films, these screenings entertain and inform as one learns where science ends and fiction begins.
Join us on Wednesday, March 12th for a showing of "The Man with Two Brains" starring Steve Martin, Kathleen Turner and David Warner.
Steve Martin plays one of his wildest characters in this wacky and irreverent comedy about a neurosurgeon who falls in love with a dismembered human brain. Featuring Kathleen Turner as his gold-digging wife and a surprising cameo from a hysterical Merv Griffin, this comedy will keep you in stiches!
Dr. Richard A. Eisner, a neurologist from Bryn Mawr Hospital, will introduce this screening.
