In honor of Heart Month, do something healthy for your heart and body by joining Women’s Health Source for a challenging cardio exercise at Ellis Athletic Center! Fitness Instructor Marilu Sutter will lead the Barre, Bench & Ball Boot Camp, an energizing circuit class to get your heart pumping. In this class the barre, the bench, and the stability ball are used in innovative and creative patterns in order to build aerobic endurance, strength, balance, and core stability. Marilu's top 40 playlist along with her incredible energy and humor make this workout really fun and effective for all levels of fitness! Afterwards, enjoy a refreshing protein shake.
