| Description: | The goal of this three week class is to increase confidence in new parents in caring for their baby once they are home. Discussion will center on normal newborn appearance, hospital procedures and care of the newborn. Interactive elements are involved in the class. Safety concerns as well as the physical care of the newborn will be reviewed. Class also includes a visit from a practicing pediatrician affiliated with Riddle Hospital. Instructor: KO When registering, please use the mother’s name only and date of birth. One (1) registry per couple. |
