This class is designed for those expecting twins,triplets or more. Discussion will include nutrition and weight gain, appropriate activities and exercise,coping with bedrest, warning signs of possible complications, premature babies and the NICU, birthing options and postpartum, bonding with the multiples. Encouraged to take class in early 2nd Trimester. This class is in addition to the Prepared Childbirth class

Class does not include a tour
