Selected Date: Thursday, September 1, 2016, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM

Main Line Health's FREE six-session behavior management program will provide practical counseling and support to help smokers quit. The program will focus on problem-solving techniques, behavior modification strategies, skills training and stress management. Participants may be eligible to receive FREE Nicotine Replacement Therapy.

Note, this is a six-session course, not individual classes.

  • Thursday, September 1, 2016 – 6:00–7:30 pm
  • Thursday, September 8, 2016 – 6:00–7:30 pm
  • Thursday, September 15, 2016 – 6:00–7:30 pm
  • Thursday, September 22, 2016 – 6:00–7:30 pm
  • Thursday, September 29, 2016 – 6:00–7:30 pm
  • Thursday, October 6, 2016 – 6:00–7:30 pm

All classes are held in the Ladd Conference Room except for September 8 which is in Galen Rodgers Conference Room.

This Southeastern Pennsylvania (SEPA) Tobacco Control Project is supported by the Health Promotion Council and funded through a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Health, Tom Wolf, Governor.
