	st baby\nor couples who have never attended childbirth classes. Classes foc
	us on\nboth the physical and emotional aspects of labor and delivery\, with
	\nemphasis on breathing and relaxation techniques. The instructor will\ndis
	cuss: the natural progression of labor and delivery\; coping\nstrategies fo
	r labor\, including medication and anesthesia options\; the\nrole of suppor
	t person\; and the possibility of cesarean birth. Since the\nPaoli Hospital
	 Prepared Childbirth 3 week series and One Day classes do\nnot include a ho
	spital tour\, please register for a separate tour of\nPaoli Hospital’s Fami
	ly Centered Maternity Unit. \n\nClass size is limited so please register ea
	rly. Please bring (2) pillows\nwith you. When registering\, please use the
