DESCRIPTION:This one-day childbirth preparation class is an alternative for
	 couples\nwho are unable to attend the three-week series due to time constr
	aints\nor fluctuating schedules. The content is the same as the Prepared\nC
	hildbirth Series but taught in an accelerated fashion. It is offered to\nco
	uples expecting their first baby or couples who have never attended\nchildb
	irth classes. Classes focus on both the physical and emotional\naspects of 
	labor and delivery\, with emphasis on breathing and relaxation\ntechniques.
	 The instructor will discuss: the natural progression of\nlabor and deliver
	y\; coping strategies for labor\, including medication\nand anesthesia opti
	ons\; the role of support person\; and the possibility\nof cesarean birth. 
	Since the Paoli Hospital Prepared Childbirth 3 week\nseries and One Day cla
	sses do not include a hospital tour\, please\nregister for a separate tour 
	of Paoli Hospital’s Family Centered\nMaternity Unit. \n\nClass size is limi
	ted so please register early. Lunch is on your own and\nnot included in the
	 registration fee Please bring (2) pillows with you.\nWhen registering\, pl
