Bryn Mawr Rehab Outpatient Network provides physical, occupational and speech therapy services for patients of all ages at eight convenient locations in Philadelphia's western suburbs -- in Audubon, Broomall, Bryn Mawr, Collegeville, Malvern, Paoli, Wynnewood and now Newtown Square (opened July 2, 2007, at the new Bryn Mawr Hospital Health Center, Route 3 at Route 252). 

The Outpatient Network offers hands-on, personalized care from skilled, experienced therapists. We have the necessary resources and state-of-the-art equipment to help each patient reach optimal function quickly, comfortably and cost-effectively.  We also work closely with physicians and insurance carriers to develop treatment plans that give patients the best possible chance of fully returning to their everyday lives following injury or illness.

The wide range of outpatient therapy services offered though the network includes acute work-injury rehabilitation, sports medicine and hand therapy.  Illnesses and injuries treated include developmental delays in infants and children, joint replacement, stroke, amputations, arthritis, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis and other neurological and musculoskeletal problems. Physical therapy in the important and growing area of children's sports is also offered.

Insurance

The Referral Process
An outpatient referral can be made by a physician, an insurance case manager, a social worker from an acute-care hospital, a patient or a family member. A physician's prescription is required.
