Hospital Specialties & Services Brain Injury Unit Construction Photo Gallery Construction began in March 2006 on a $2.9-million project to expand and renovate the Brain Injury Unit at Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital in the Philadelphia suburbs. The project was completed in January 2007 and will be a major addition to our award winning Brain Injury Programs. The project encompassed the Maple and Dogwood Units on the second floor. A $1-million fundraising campaign is nearing completion. Below are photos of the construction in chronological order, with photos of the completed patient rooms, family lounge, Intensive Monitoring Suite and nursing stations at the bottom of the page.
