The Otolaryngologists at Bryn Mawr Hospital provide services for all phases of ear, nose and throat care, and also head and neck surgery. Hearing and balance services include basic audiologic testing; impedance testing for determining the effect of fluid in the middle ear; hearing aid evaluation, purchase and servicing; and electronystagmography (ENG), which tests balance function. The division also evaluates and treats nasal allergies and sinus disorders; snoring and sleep apnea; pediatric ear, nose, and throat disorders; and provides laser therapy for skin and head/neck disorders. Otolaryngologists also provide evaluation and therapy for head and neck tumors and malignancies, and facial cosmetic reconstruction surgery.
