Michael J. Glassner, MD, is Medical Director of Bryn Mawr Hospital's Center for Reproductive Medicine, and Assistant Clinical Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology,
Jefferson Medical College, Thomas Jefferson University. Dr. Glassner is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology with
more than 10 years experience in the field. He graduated from Albany Medical College, served his residency at The Medical
College of Pennsylvania, and performed his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the Hospital of the
University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Glassner is also a member of many professional organizations and has authored numerous publications
in his field.

Amy L. Fisher, MSN, CRNP, RNC, Patient Care Manager, is certified as a Women's Health Care Nurse Practitioner with more than seven years in vitro fertilization nursing experience.
A nursing graduate of the College of Health Professions, Thomas Jefferson University, Amy received her master of science degree
in Nursing in Women's Health Care from the University of Pennsylvania. She was formerly the nursing care coordinator for the
in vitro fertilization program at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, and a gynecological-oncology nurse at Lankenau Hospital.
She is a member of numerous professional organizations.

Susan V. Hallowell, BS, TS, Director of ART Services for the Center for Reproductive Medicine. She has worked in the field of embryology for over 22 years, and oversees all aspects
of laboratory procedures for the Center. She is certified as a technical supervisor by the American Board of Bioanalysts and
a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and ALPHA Scientists.

J. David Wininger, Ph.D., HCLD; Lab Director serves as Director of Laboratories at Bryn Mawr's Center for Reproductive Medicine. He is an Assistant Professor in the Department
of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC where he is also Director
of the In Vitro Fertilization Laboratory. He is originally from Kingsport, TN and is married and has two children, Morgan
and Matthew. He received a B.S. in Biology from East Tennessee State University, an M.S. in Biotechnology and a Ph.D. in
Zoology from The University of Tennessee. He is certified by the American Association of Bioanalysis as a High Complexity
Laboratory Director in the areas of embryology and andrology and serves as an inspector for The College of American Pathologists.
Since receiving his Ph.D., Dr. Wininger has directed in vitro fertilization laboratories in Charlotte, NC, Abington, PA, Bryn
Mawr, PA, and Atlanta, GA. His research interests include preimplantation genetic diagnosis, oocyte and ovarian tissue cryopreservation,
and the application of parthenogenesis for derivation of stem cells.
