Lankenau Hospital's Primary Care Physicians of Internal Medicine, or “internists,” are doctors for adults who treat patients from adolescence to the elderly. The internists at Lankenau Hospital
are dedicated to the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of all conditions primarily affecting adults, and are concerned with
the care of the whole patient, from mental health to effective treatment of common problems of the eyes, ears, skin, nervous
system and reproductive organs. The physicians are specially trained to diagnose and treat severe chronic illnesses, and situations
where several illnesses may occur at the same time.
