Aquatic physical therapy includes a therapeutic/warm water pool to
facilitate small group exercise classes and one-on-one aquatic therapy.
Aquatic physical therapy provides buoyancy, support and warmth,
improving circulation and decreasing pain and muscle spasms. The therapy
allows patients an increased range of motion and flexibility while
improving strength and relaxation.
Program in which participants are able to achieve strength and fitness
goals through aquatic exercise. The water is a therapeutic temperature,
and its buoyancy allows for reduced stress on joints.
Physician's prescription is required.
Fee: Monthly membership is $49 for weekly session, $97 for twice
