3: Main Line Health supports this national program from the American Heart Association and encourages everyone to engage in the events, seminars and fun to promote Heart Health Awareness. Events include:
Aramark Heart Healthy Cooking Exhibition: Specialty cooking exhibit at each campus location across Main Line Health. Sample our special menu of heart healthy foods and talk with our nutritionist who will be hosting an onsite Q&A session.
AHA Red Dress Dash: Join Main Line Health as the GO Red Region Champion for the American Heart Association in the first ever Philadelphia Red Dress Dash. The event will be held at 12 pm at 1900 Block of Arch Street (between 18th & 19th streets).
Bryn Mawr Hospital Go Red Fashion Show: Bryn Mawr Hospital Cafeteria will be transformed into a Go Red Fashion show during the lunch hour.
Lankenau Medical Center Wear Red Day: All Lankenau Medical Center employees are encouraged to wear red scrubs and attire this day. Photos will be taken at 2 pm in a heart formation.
Paoli Hospital Heart Health Seminar: “Taking Care of Your Heart”: presented by Dr. Matthew Sewell. Surrey Services, Bridge Avenue, Berwyn, PA. 1 pm -2 pm. No reservations needed.

11:00-1:00: HeartSmart Community Fair: Join us for our annual HeartSmart health fair. This event features valuable health information, free health screenings and refreshments!
